Pulled Pork Nachos
Calling all nacho lovers! Pulled pork nachos is the ultimate way to satisfy those intense nacho cravings. With a crispy base of tortilla chips, melty cheddar cheese, and flavorful pulled pork, these nachos are the perfect comfort food.

fresh salsa
1/3

roughly chopped cilantro

sliced or pickled jalapenos

diced red onion

Nacho Dust:
1 1/2
teaspoons
salt

teaspoon
cumin
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread the tortilla chips onto a baking sheet or any desired oven-safe baking dish.
Bake the chips for 4-5 minutes to deepen the flavor and slightly brown the chips.
Sprinkle 2 cups of the shredded cheese over the chips.
Sprinkle half of the nacho dust on top of the cheese layer.
Add the shredded pork and black beans over the cheese.
Top with remaining 2 cups of cheese and the remaining nacho dust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the oven and add additional toppings as desired.
Serve warm.
