Berries and Yogurt Parfait
We go nuts for berries and yogurt parfait! What’s not to love about creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and a crunch from homemade granola? Make this for a yummy grab-and-go breakfast or even a midnight snack!

Ingredients

plain yogurt
2
tablespoons
honey
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract

cups
fresh mixed berries
2
cups
granola
Additional honey for drizzle on top
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together and stir until well combined.
To assemble the parfaits, start by adding 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of a bowl or jar.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the layers of yogurt and berries until you reach the top of the bowl or jar.
Finish with a layer of granola on top.
Drizzle additional honey on top of the granola.
Serve and enjoy!
