Who would have thought grilled pineapple could be so delicious? Grilling fruit brings out its natural sweetness and enhances its flavor. Our special grilled pineapple recipe can be made in 3 different ways: simply grilled, candy-coated, and spicy!
Preheat an outdoor grill or grill pan to medium heat. Coat grill grates with cooking spray.
Peel and core pineapple. Slice into 8 spears.
Make your preferred coating by mixing the coating ingredients together in a small bowl.
Roll each spear in preferred coating and then grill for about 3 minutes per side.
Serve right away as is or with a scoop of ice cream!

Broiler Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with foil, or use a broiler pan. Broil in oven for 4-5 minutes until you start to see browning. Flip the pineapple spears over and broil for another 4-5 minutes. The time will vary based off your oven settings. Brown to your liking.
