Refrigerator pizza dough is the best way to have fresh, homemade pizza anytime you crave it! Make it ahead, let it rise, and it’s ready to use for up to 2 whole weeks!

Ingredients

water
1/3
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
brown sugar

tablespoons
salt

yeast

all-purpose flour
Instructions
Combine ingredients in an extra large tupperware.
Stir until it forms a dough ball. No kneading required!
Cover, and let rise 90 minutes at room temperature.
Refrigerate until ready to use. Be sure to provide some small ventilation for the gases produced by rising.
When ready, pull off a chunk (about 1/4 of the dough). Roll it out and top with your favorite toppings.
Bake on a pizza stone preheated to 500 degrees for 7-10 minutes (until cheese is bubbly).
