Sweetened Condensed Milk Frosting is a simple and easy way to make a creamy sweet frosting for all your favorite desserts! Whether you are making chocolate or vanilla frosting, it only takes 3 ingredients!
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to whip softened butter until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Slowly whip in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed in.
Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk Frosting
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt chocolate in sweetened condensed milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5 to 7 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool before frosting.

PRO TIP: For the vanilla frosting, make sure you chill your can of condensed milk in the fridge for at least 2 hours in advance, preferably overnight. It does not need to be chilled for the chocolate frosting.This recipe yields approximately 3 cups of vanilla frosting and 2 cups of chocolate frosting.
