Easy Grilled Potatoes
Cut Potatoes

– Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into bite-sized chunks.
Spices and Flavor

– Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. – Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and oregano and toss until potatoes are well coated.
Foil Potatoes

– Place on grill and let cook for 20 minutes. Occasionally rotate within the grill in case there are hot spots.
Remove and Serve

– Carefully remove from grill onto a cooling sheet. Top with either sour cream or cheese.
