Cube Bread

– Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. – Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray. Slice, then cube the bread into 1-inch pieces. Spread bread into the prepared baking dish and set aside.

Liquid Mixture

– Whisk the rest of the casserole ingredients together including the eggs, milk, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until no lumps remain. Pour liquid ingredients over the bread. Make sure all pieces of the bread are saturated in the liquid mixture.

Topping

– To make the topping, combine brown sugar, softened butter, flour, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well until all is combined. Texture should be similar to wet sand.

Bake & Enjoy!

– Add in desired fruit. like blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries and Push them into the casserole and sprinkle on topping. Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
