Chicken Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, paprika, pepper,  cayenne pepper, parsley, lime juice, and olive oil. Pour over chicken  breasts in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.

Marinate & Cook

– Let marinate in the fridge 1 hour. Heat a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7  minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees  Fahrenheit.

Serve Up

Remove from pan and chop chicken into small pieces. Serve up with  freshly chopped cilantro, roma tomatoes diced, red onion diced, queso fresco, tortillas
