Ingredient List
• 2 limes • 4 cloves garlic crushed • 1/2 cup orange juice • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • 1 jalapeno • 2 tablespoons white vinegar • 2 pounds flank or skirt steak
The Marinade

In a gallon size resealable bag, combine lime juice, crushed garlic, orange juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, jalapeno, and vinegar. Squeeze it around to mix it up.
Refrigerate

Remove roast from pan and set aside briefly on a plate or cutting board. Add garlic to pot and saute 60 seconds. Deglaze pan with red wine and beef broth. Add roast back to the pot.
Grill

Remove the flank steak from the marinade, and discard excess marinade. Cook on the grill for 7 to 10 minutes per side.
Rest & Serve

Place a lid on the pan and transfer it to the preheated 350 degree oven. Cook 3 hours, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 202 degrees F and shreds easily with a fork.
